We notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you exceed the limit without upgrading, tasks queue and process the following month we never cut off your system mid-month.
Yes. You can pause for up to 2 months per year. Your AI workers are preserved. Your data is maintained. You resume when ready.

Yes. Pay 10 months, get 12. That is 2 months free for annual payment. Available on Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans.
Minor adjustments are included in your monthly plan. Major changes (adding a new worker, rebuilding a workflow) are quoted separately as a small setup fee.
No. Your monthly plan covers all AI processing, hosting, monitoring, and standard support. The only additional charge would be a setup fee if you want to add a completely new workflow.
